This site and email are not monitored as emergency channels. If there is an immediate risk of harm, call 911. In the U.S., you can also call or text 988.

4. Scope of professional relationship

Visiting this site, sending a message, or booking a consultation does not by itself create an advocate-client relationship. A service relationship is formed only through a separate written agreement.

Use of this website also does not create a clinician-patient relationship, attorney-client relationship, or any fiduciary duty through website access alone.

This website may link to third-party sites and platforms (for example, scheduling or resource links). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for third-party content or availability.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes, where permitted by law, is in the appropriate state or federal courts located in California.
