Commitment
I aim for this site to be usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who use assistive technology, keyboard navigation, or screen magnification. Design and content choices follow common accessibility practices aligned with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA where feasible for a small business site.
Known limitations
Third-party tools (for example online scheduling) are controlled by their vendors and may not meet the same standards as the rest of the site. If booking through the site is difficult for you, please email me and we can arrange another way to connect.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier—anything that is hard to read, navigate, or use—let me know what page you were on and what went wrong, and I will do my best to address it.
